Cakes at Carissa's

Whether you're celebrating a birthday, anniversary, wedding, or simply gathering around the table, we offer two ways to order a Carissa's cake.

Our Signature Cakes are available with 24Catering & Pre-Orders hours' notice through our Catering & Pre-Orders page, with a limited selection available daily in our bakeries.

For larger celebrations or something more personal, our Custom Cakes offer a bespoke approach. We require at least 72 hours' notice for custom cakes and recommend contacting us at least three weeks in advance for wedding cakes.

Custom Cakes

Every custom cake begins with a conversation. We'll guide you through flavors, sizing, color, florals, and finishing details to create a cake that's both personal to your celebration and unmistakably Carissa's.

Each cake is handcrafted and finished with elements such as buttercream, fresh flowers, seasonal fruit, or Swiss meringue. No two are exactly alike.
