Barista - Sag Harbor & East Hampton
Our Sag Harbor and East Hampton teams are looking for full or part-time baristas that share our passion for quality ingredients and hospitality. The ideal candidate is a team player who works thoughtfully. They are calm and collected during a busy rush and proactive with projects when there’s downtime. Prior experience in a similar role is required.

Retail Associate - Sag Harbor & East Hampton
Our cafe is looking for full and part time counter associates that share our passion for hospitality & exceptional products. This position is the face of Carissa’s customer service and is a major part of our guest’s experience. The ideal candidate is an upbeat team player who works thoughtfully. They are calm and collected during a busy rush and proactive and self-motivated with projects when there’s downtime. Prior experience is preferred, but it is not mandatory. We are more concerned with your enthusiasm than your experience.

Provide friendly, responsive service for all guests by taking orders, making recommendations, processing payments, and serving food or beverages to customers at the counter or table.
Demonstrate outstanding hospitality to both guests and co workers.

Communicate cafe and customer needs with BOH and management in real-time.
