Line Cook - Sag Harbor

Our Sag Harbor location is looking for full-time or part-time line cooks that share our passion for seasonal, local ingredients. The ideal candidate is a team player who works thoughtfully and humbly. They are organized and proactive with projects when there’s downtime. A strong willingness to learn. Prior experience in a similar role is preferred. 


Essential Functions

Prep and execute Carissa’s menus to our high standards.

Be punctual and exercise good time management.

Maintain an upbeat, positive, safe and clean work environment.

Enthusiastic and possess strong communication and organizational skills.


Qualifications

An open mind and be willing to learn and improve.

Work at a fast pace and complete tasks as the Chef asks.

Be responsible for completing station tasks in a clean and timely matter.

A detail-oriented approach to their work.
