Head Baker

Carissa’s Bakery is looking for a Head Baker. This position requires a minimum of 3 years’ experience operating a commercial bakery, artisanal bread and viennoiserie production.

Essential Functions:
Manage team, create SOPs, implement health dept. protocols, ensure quality control in a fast, hi-vol. shop.

Work Thu-Mon 4:30AM-2:30PM, incl. holidays.
East Hampton, NY. Sal: $62.5K.
