Dishwasher + Kitchen Porter - Sag Harbor

We are looking for a Dishwasher + Kitchen Porter to maintain our dishwashing station and back-of-house space. This will be a morning and daytime position with a highly competitive salary and opportunities for overtime.

Essential Functions

Keep all kitchen work surfaces (counters, sinks, stoves, walls) clean and sanitized.

Sweep and mop floors at the beginning and ending of shift.

Keep the food and supply storage areas organized, including walk-ins.

Maintain a clean and orderly dish pit.

Qualifications

Available to work mornings and weekends, with the core hours being 7am-3pm.

The ability to stand for long hours.

Willingness to adhere to health and safety rules.

Good organizational skills.

A self-starter with the ability to work unsupervised in a busy environment.

Patience and cool-headedness.

Spanish fluency is not required, but a definite plus.
