Busser + Food Runner - East Hampton

Our cafe is looking for full and part-time runners that share our passion for hospitality & exceptional products. The ideal candidate is an upbeat team player who works thoughtfully. They are calm and collected during a busy rush and proactive and self-motivated with projects when there’s downtime. Prior experience is preferred, but it is not mandatory. We are more concerned with your enthusiasm than your experience.

Essential Functions

Act as the liaison between our kitchen and guests by delivering orders to customers, meeting guests' needs while dining, and maintaining a neat dining room. 

Demonstrate outstanding hospitality to both guests and co-workers.

Be punctual and exercise good time management.

Maintain an upbeat, positive, safe and clean work environment.

Communicate cafe and customer needs with BOH and management in real-time.

Qualifications

Professional, hard-working, positive attitude, proactive.

Reliable and consistent on all fronts.

Passionate about food and beverage.

Excellent communication skills.

Ability to stand for a while and lift up to 30lbs.

Ability to work mornings and weekends.

Detail oriented - we care about the little things.
