Barista - Sag Harbor & East Hampton

Our Sag Harbor and East Hampton teams are looking for full or part-time baristas that share our passion for quality ingredients and hospitality. The ideal candidate is a team player who works thoughtfully. They are calm and collected during a busy rush and proactive with projects when there’s downtime. Prior experience in a similar role is required.

Execute Carissa’s beverage menu to our high standards.

Demonstrate outstanding hospitality to both guests and co-workers.

Be punctual and exercise good time management.

Maintain an upbeat, positive, safe, and clean work environment.

Reliable and consistent on all fronts.

Passionate about food and beverage.

Excellent communication skills.

Ability to stand for a while and lift up to 30lbs.

Ability to work mornings and weekends.
