Cakes

Daily, we offer the following cakes and shareable desserts for same-day pick-ups in-store and online. Pre-Orders are not required as these are baked in abundance each day. For large orders, exceeding 4 desserts please email: cakes@carissasthebakery.com with 48 hours' notice.

6" Meringue Chocolate Flourless Cake
Gluten-free, topped with Swiss meringue peaks, chocolate pearls, gold leaf, and organic flower petals. Serves 6-8 guests.

6" Berry Chocolate Flourless Cake 
Gluten-free, topped with seasonal berries and a dusting of powdered sugar. Serves 6-8 guests.

6" French Style Cheesecake
Light and fluffy, seasonal garnish, serves 6-8 guests.

We are unable to take on any custom or wedding cake orders for the foreseeable future. It was a difficult decision to make and we apologize that we won't be able to collaborate at this time. 

Our designs focus on the natural beauty of fresh flora. For this reason, we do not offer writing on any of our cakes.
