Each loaf of Carissa’s Breads is hand rolled and baked with carefully selected, locally grown or produced ingredients. We use a portion of local wheat berries and local rye berries, all of which we mill ourselves. Additional local ingredients include Bee’s Needs Honey, Montauk Brewing Company Beer, Backyard Brine Pickle Juice, Balsam Farms Sweet Potatoes, Green Thumb and Quail Hill herbs and produce, and natural yeast cultures dating back to ’65 in Amagansett and ’99 in Southampton.

We do not accept phone orders for breads, pies or pastries. Everything is baked on our premises daily and available as supplies last. Challah is available every Friday from 2 pm. Our sandwiches and specialty menu changes with the seasons and according to availability from our local farmer partners.
